Cheerios and milk, pineapple, 24 oz. water
Snack:
Granola bar
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich, grapes, Potato chips, 20 Oz. water

Breakfast:
1 cup Cheerios w/milk, 1 cup strawberries, 1 applesauce oatmeal muffin, 24 oz. water
Lunch:
Whole wheat pretzels, lowfat yogurt, 5 carrots, 20 oz. water
6/25/08
Breakfast:
2 applesauce oatmeal muffins with margarine, 3/4 cup apple slices, 1 cup milk, 24 oz. water
Snack:
Granola bar, 10 oz. water
Lunch:
5 carrot sticks, 5 whole wheat crackers, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich, 10 oz. water
6/24/08
Breakfast:
2 Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins, 3/4 cup apple slices, 1 cup milk, 20 oz. water
Lunch:
5 Baby carrots, 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich, 1 applesauce oatmeal muffin, 20 oz. water
1 piece Tony’s garlic cheese bread ( I know–that was very naughty, as I said yesterday, I’m STARVING!)
Snack:
1 granola bar, 3/4 cup apple slices, 20 oz water
Dinner:
Grilled chicken salad w/Ranch dressing (I shared with Dancer) and a much needed Diet Coke! aaaaah! I also ate not one, not two but three hush puppies and the crust off of Dancers! Don’t judge me!

Breakfast:
Lowfat yogurt, two pieces wholewheat toast with spread and strawberry preserves, 20 oz. water
Snack:
Handful of almonds and 10 oz. water (not on today’s meal plan but I am STARVING!!!)
Lunch:
Baked potatoe with chicken, 10 oz. water, 15 grapes
Snack:
Granola bar, 10 oz. water
Dinner:
Salad greens with raspberry vinagette, Half peanut butter sandwich, one cup milk
Snack:
3 cups popcorn, 3 bites Jamocha Almond Fudge Ice Cream, 20 oz. water
